Bypass Forced Network

New Method

• Same as the old method, complete basic device setup until you reach the "Let's connect you to a network screen"
• Press Shift + F10 to open the Command Prompt
• In the prompt, type out "start ms-cxh:localonly" and hit enter
• This will open up a window to create a local account for the PC
• After filling out the window and continuing, you will be free to proceed as normal

Old Method

• Complete the basic device setup until you reach the “Oops, you've lost internet connection” or “Let's connect you to a network” page
• Press Shift + F10 to open Command Prompt
• In the Prompt, type "OOBE\BYPASSNRO" and hit enter
• The setup will restart & you will be free to proceed without being forced to connect to a network
